Converting an underutilized basement area to a fitness haven. This extensive basement renovation converted a large unused area into a gym and spa, including dry sauna and steam shower. The gym was separated from the tennis hitting wall and wet bar by custom steel and glass doors. Larch wood flooring and Pine cabinetry adorned the space, topped off with Cippolino marble and fixtures by Waterworks.
